Why I Understand Your Struggle:

I know what it feels like to learn a new language.

I was born in Toronto, Canada and spoke only English. But when I was 12, my family moved to Italy.

Suddenly, I was in a new world where I did not understand the words.
Understanding was hard.
Speaking was so very hard.
I felt frustrated. I made many mistakes.

But I learned. Slowly. Step by step.

That journey changed me.

It made me a better teacher. I know that learning a language is not just about words: it is all about feeling comfortable and believing in yourself... one step at a time.

For 25 years, I have been teaching English.

I achieved my certificates in Toronto, worked with students of all levels, and built my own teaching methods. Now, I am in Italy again, helping others just like you.

Le lezioni sono state molto utili e dinamiche. In particolare: la parte grammaticale è esposta in maniera chiara e logica, mettendo in luce il senso delle regole e facilitando quindi l'apprendimento ed il loro effettivo uso; in merito alla preparazione per le eventuali certificazione risulta molto utile il fatto che il docente indichi e prepari offrendo suggerimenti e consigli mirati a quanto verrà richiesto nelle singole prove; per quanto concerne il dialogo emerge lo sforzo di rendere gli studenti attivi e partecipi. Infine, è un ottimo motivatore.
