Ramses Denis-Romero

Hello! My name is Ramses and I’m from California. I have a bachelors degree from University of California, Davis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior with minors in computer science and music. I have worked in research and have experience writing in academic settings.

My parents are from Mexico so I grew up speaking Spanish and taking frequent trips there so I am also fluent in Spanish. My wife is Italian and I have a CELI B2 certificate in Italian from the Università per Stranieri di Perugia.

I can offer a structured English course or simple conversations. We can work on pronunciation, grammar, common terms and language used in everyday, as well as more professional/technical English for jobs.

You can feel free to message me and explain to me what you would like from me. If you have something in mind that’s different from lessons or just having conversations, I am open to working with you to find what works best for you.

Given my background in science as well as my previous experience as a STEM tutor in university, I am also qualified to teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in English.

I recently moved to Italy so lessons/meetings can be scheduled around Central European Time without any issues! If you are in a different time zone, we can also make it work :)
