Robert Crawford

My lessons are all about helping you speak English naturally, confidently and professionally.

With over 15 years of teaching experience in Edinburgh, London and Italy, I believe the best way to improve your English is to use it from the very first lesson.

I specialise in Business English, professional presentations, public speaking and communication skills. I currently work with one of the Big Four international consultancy firms in Italy, helping consultants, managers and professionals communicate more effectively in English.

My lessons are practical, interactive and tailored to your professional needs. We work on real business situations, including meetings, presentations, negotiations, interviews and conversations with international clients.

One of my main areas of expertise is presentation skills. I help students organise their ideas, structure presentations, improve pronunciation and use pauses, rhythm and intonation to communicate with greater confidence and impact.

I also use role-playing, discussions, current affairs and real business scenarios to make lessons interesting and relevant. Rather than spending hours studying grammar rules, we focus on using English naturally in situations you are likely to encounter at work.

Every student has different goals, so I adapt my teaching style to your experience, English level and professional responsibilities.

Whether you're preparing for an important presentation, working with international colleagues or looking to advance your career, my aim is to help you feel comfortable, confident and professional when speaking English.

**My philosophy is simple: Speak English from Day One!**
