With six years of dedicated experience, I've successfully navigated the spectrum of English education, engaging with students from elementary to advanced levels. I own BA in English, and two Masters in Teaching English and English Linguistics. Recognizing the evolving landscape of language acquisition, I advocate for the abandonment of antiquated teaching methods in favor of dynamic post-method strategies, ensuring a more effective and engaging learning experience. In pursuit of language mastery, a meticulously crafted syllabus and curriculum play pivotal roles. Drawing upon my expertise, I excel in tailoring educational frameworks that not only meet the diverse needs of learners but also foster a comprehensive understanding of the English language. Learning English necessitates dynamic communication in this language. Preparing a dynamic classroom involving real-time communication has to be the greatest priority. This has been the first and significant object through my courses which are held online or in-person. Besides, needs analysis is a crucial part of courses. Everything should be determined and chosen according to the needs of learner. For instance, if the learner needs speaking more than other skills, the materials should be selected according to that speaking need. Additionally, correct evaluation and assessment will be of great importance as well. In order to give the best feedback to the learner, assessment and evaluation process has to be done in its greatest manner to make the learner aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
