Since I have been teaching English in different organization such as Kindergarten, training schools, and elementary schools. About the methodology i follow personally according to the curriculum of schools and my own modification within good friendly environment. I am preferring more practical activity compare to the theory and like to engage the students more active during the class.
Furthermore, if the classes are five days per week then i would consider two days for class activity, one day for outdoor activity, and two days for idea sharing and speaking fluently with other colleagues.
