We will have basic conversations about anything really. The whole point is to get my students to talk and engage with me. I will ask questions about a particular topic. It could be about sports, careers, news, music, anything really that you deem interesting and something you would love to talk about. This will give my students the confidence to speak with a native speaker. Even before that, it will give students an opportunity to engage and determine whether they can practice what they have learnt through speaking. My students will also learn vocabulary associated with certain topics, this will boost their confidence in conversing in general, be it at work or on holiday, or even at home.
