My Experience
Building and leading organisations has shaped how I understand leadership decisions and responsibility. As a Founder and CEO, and also as a Co-Founder and Partner, I held accountability for building and growing organisations while navigating the realities of team alignment, stakeholder expectations and execution under pressure.
Earlier in my career I worked across hospitality, service, operations and marketing roles with organisations including Microsoft, Sapient USA, Daksh IBM and ITC before starting my own training, coaching and consulting business.
These experiences now inform the conversations I hold with founders and senior executives who are working through misalignment with teams or stakeholders, or trying to move forward when progress feels stalled.
In those moments leaders often find greater clarity about their direction, make more confident decisions, and strengthen the trust and alignment within their teams.
Coaching Style
I believe that every person already carries the wisdom and resourcefulness needed to create meaningful change. My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions and create a space where clarity can emerge.
The atmosphere in my sessions is often described as hard, supportive, clear, inspired, challenged and quietly empowering. Within that space leaders slow down enough to examine what is really happening around them and reconnect with their own agency.
From there they often begin to navigate complexity with greater confidence and purpose while strengthening their leadership presence and relationships with the people around them.
