Hi!

My name is Stephen, and I am a native English speaker from Dublin, Ireland.

I have been living in Italy for many years and understand first-hand the challenges, frustrations, and rewards that come with learning a new language. I don't consider myself a traditional teacher, but rather a patient, friendly, and approachable person who genuinely enjoys helping others learn at their own pace.

I am married with two boys, and in our household we regularly speak English, German, and Italian. Living in a multilingual environment has given me a real appreciation for the importance of communication and the confidence that comes from being able to express yourself in another language.

I believe the best way to learn is in a relaxed, supportive, and encouraging environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and developing your skills naturally.

My professional background is in hospitality, customer service, and operations management. This can be particularly useful for students who are planning to travel, work abroad, or develop their English for careers in hotels, restaurants, bars, tourism, and customer-facing roles.
