I have experience teaching students in a supportive and engaging learning environment. I prepare lesson plans, explain concepts clearly, and adapt my teaching methods to meet the different learning needs of students. I encourage active participation, critical thinking, and confidence in the classroom through interactive activities and discussions.
In addition to teaching, I assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, maintain classroom discipline, and communicate effectively with parents and school staff. My goal is to create a positive, respectful, and motivating classroom where every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and personally.
