"As an aspiring teacher, I have always been excited about education and its potential to transform lives. Through my experiences working as a Mathematics teacher in various schools, I have gained an appreciation for the importance of student-centred learning and the impact that a teacher can have on a student's growth and development. I have conducted remedial classes for underachievers and I could understand the difficulties faced by the students in some areas of Mathematics. So, I used to make them practise to solve the mathematical problem in a simple way by using basic previous knowledge of the content. My educational background in Master of Science and Bachelor of Education in Mathematics has provided me with a solid foundation in teaching Mathematics in school curriculum. I am excited to apply this knowledge in the classroom and to continue learning and growing as an educator. As a teacher, my primary objective is to create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. I believe that every student has unique strengths and challenges, and it is my responsibility as a teacher to identify and address these individual needs. I am committed to fostering a love of learning and helping students to develop critical thinking and logical reasoning skills that will serve them both inside and outside of the classroom. For example, in my previous role as a Math teacher at Podar International School, Anand, I taught students to think independently through Mathematical Puzzles to revise basic arithmetic operations. I am excited to embark on this journey as a teacher trainee and to make a positive impact on the lives of my future students."
