Hello! My name is Jana le Roux, and I’m a TEFL-certified English tutor with a passion for helping students grow in confidence and ability. I’m bilingual in English and Afrikaans, and I understand the challenges of learning a second language—because I’ve been there myself. That’s why I tailor each lesson to meet your specific needs, whether you're a beginner or looking to improve fluency, writing, grammar, or pronunciation.

With experience as both a teacher and a teacher’s assistant, I’ve worked with children and young adults across different learning levels. My lessons are interactive, student-centered, and goal-focused. I incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing into each session to build practical communication skills and confidence.

My previous roles have strengthened my patience, empathy, and organizational skills, all of which play a key role in creating a safe, supportive learning environment. I aim to make English fun and stress-free while encouraging real progress. I also offer homework support, exam preparation, and conversational practice for everyday or professional use.
