TEFL Certified Native Speaking Tutor

My name is Mariette Healy. I am originally from South Africa, but lived in the UK for the past 7 years. I hold a 150 hours TEFL certification, which include teaching online and in the classroom, as well as assessing students. I am also a mother of four adult children and now four grand-children. I love to work with adults as well as children. I am also a freelance fitness instructor and Personal Trainer and have experience teaching all age groups and ability levels. I use STT (Student Talking Time) and TPR (Total Physical Response) strategies, as well as having interesting conversations with my students. I can help you become more fluent in speaking English, overcome grammar obstacles, perfect your pronunciation, and learn useful phrases and vocabulary in a fun and relaxed way. My lessons are customized to each student, with an initial first lesson to understand your goals and objectives. I enjoy seeing my students achieve their goals and have fun in the process. I am passionate and love to help people achieving their goals and change their lifestyles for the better. I have the ability to solve conflicts. I am creative and enthusiastic about teaching.
