Hi! My name is Anastasia, and I’m a teacher of Italian and English. I’ve been living in the Eternal City—Rome—for six years now.
Before moving to Italy, I lived in the Czech Republic, where I studied Italian language and literature at Masaryk University. Currently, I’m an official partner of the Dante Alighieri Society in Rome (Società Dante Alighieri) and assist students in preparing for the international PLIDA exam.
My students come from all walks of life, ranging in age from 15 to 75. They’re people planning to move to or already living in Italy, working in Italian companies, or simply in love with this beautiful country ☺️
With my help, you will:
• Be able to watch masterpieces of Italian cinema (like Fellini’s La Dolce Vita or Sorrentino’s La Grande Bellezza) in the original language and fully understand them;
• Successfully pass international language exams (such as PLIDA, CELI, or CILS) for citizenship, work, or study purposes;
• Feel confident while traveling around Italy, learn how to order in authentic non-touristy restaurants, and converse with Italians without hesitation;
• And, of course, gain the skills needed to apply to top Italian universities like La Sapienza, Bocconi, Tor Vergata, or Politecnico di Milano.
! Please note: I assign homework after EVERY lesson, and completing it is a mandatory requirement for our collaboration.
