Insegnante inglese bambino 3 anni bilingue

Hello there, we are a family of 4 living in Cremona.
We are italian but due to our high level of english we are raising our children both in english and italian.
We are looking for a fun , kind , energic and enthusiastic teacher who can have a couple of hours per week lesson with my 3 yso boy. Boy or Girl doesn't matter.
What I would like is someone my boy can go to the park with or have a snack with ALL IN ENGLISH. The mother will be there having fun as well ( and taking care of the second baby )

I know it's an unusual request but it's also an unusual situation.
