My name is Thabiso Mnguni and I have a bachelors’ degree in Finance from the University of Johannesburg, a TEFL certificate as well as a ESL Business English Certificate. I am a former banking and investments management professional with 5 years of corporate experience.

In my perspective, education is something deeper than a mere memorization process. Education is something essential in people’s lives. Other than being a human right, it’s a crucially important stage where we gain both theoretical knowledge and develop our emotional intelligence.

For this reason, I believe that true satisfaction, in the professional field, lies in awakening people’s curiosity, creativity, willingness to learn and relate to others.
It is essential to develop their emotional skills and give them the importance they have. Therefore, I pursue a balance between academic excellence and shaping confident, ethical, and empathetic individuals.
