My Personal Profile

With over 15 years of experience as an educator and trainer, I have developed a high level of emotional intelligence and strong verbal communication skills, which include empathetic and active listening, interpreting and expressing intended meaning, and clearly presenting ideas and perspectives. This ensures that I identify and understand people’s core values, thus allowing me to interact efficiently with clients, team members, and employers.
In the course of my experience as an educator and training instructor, I have come into contact with individuals from various cultural and social settings whose learning and social functioning levels covered a wide spectrum. I have been drawn to opportunities and development that enabled me to assist participants who need support in achieving equitable educational and life outcomes, such as those who are disadvantaged because of cultural and language differences.
Coming from a multicultural, multi-ethnic, and multilingual background has instilled in me respect for others, sensitivity to context, and the ability to decode implicit meaning from both spoken and body language, all of which I employ in both professional and interpersonal situations. Moreover, it has made me effective in tailoring educational programs, workshops, and online courses that are related to individual clients’ and groups’ needs and demands. I enjoy and excel at working with clients from different professional backgrounds to develop various curriculums and learning programs. One of my greatest strengths is creating conditions for participants to reach their potential and experience academic, professional, and personal success.
