In my teaching methods the first goal I try to achieve is maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students’ interest, and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students. I have dedicated my career to each of these pursuits, as my enclosed resume will attest.
During my working experience, I used a method in the classroom through interactive, student-centered activities that maximize ‘’student talk time’’. By engaging students in speaking reading writing and listening with different methods based on group games, English songs and animations, inspiring them to read story books and learning how to write.
Beyond my teaching experience and classroom management skills, I believe my enthusiasm makes me a perfect fit to serve as supervisor. Having had a lifelong passion for education, I am excited by the prospect of working alongside your staff and administrators to help more students grow and flourish in their elementary years.
