My methodology of teaching English all depends on my student. I create unique lesson plans to suit my students and make them more confident in speaking.
For example I used to tutor an 9 year old school girl in Thailand who had learning difficulties and a fear of speaking in English, but she loved to sing so each week we would learn a new song in English, memorise the lyrics and learn the meaning of each them. Her confidence and knowledge in English grew incredibly.
Often my role as a tutor is to assist in helping with homework and materials that the English School teachers have given the student so to help them keep up with their schoolwork.
As a certified teacher of teaching English as a foreign language I have much experience in lesson plans where conversational role plays are a key feature and there is always a strong focus on vocabulary.
That being said I am flexible and more than happy to shape a lesson plan that suits you best.
