Hi there! I'm a patient, enthusiastic educator. I'm passionate about helping my pupils gain confidence in the English language and I adore my work. In addition to being thoughtfully prepared and organized, my classes are enjoyable. From foundational to advanced, I assist my students in acquiring the necessary information to advance in their academic careers or in their employment. English proficiency is, in my opinion, a "must-have" in the globalized world we now inhabit. It is imperative that no one feel excluded, and the language of communication is English. I plan classes that are specifically tailored to each student's needs.
I adhere to the "Celta Style" as a qualified Celta teacher, meaning that my language is "tuned" to the level of each student. In order to focus on the target language in a natural way, I plan ahead, give clear and concise instructions, and organize the lesson around a topic the student is already familiar with.
My classes are interactive, and I encourage my pupils to talk as much as they can to build their confidence. Errors are inevitable in the learning process, thus I always encourage my pupils to talk without worrying about being corrected. Although I have my own resources, if a student would rather stay up to date with their course of study, I can, of course, use school textbooks. I don't assign "homework"; instead, I encourage my pupils to watch movies, listen to music, and read books in English whenever they can.
