Hi! My name is Claudia Quintabà, and I am a native English speaker, but have bilingual proficiency in Italian and limited working proficiency in French! I recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I love to work with students of all ages, and I am happy to offer remote or in-person lessons. I have experience tutoring students as young as 6 to as old as 18 in English, Reading, and Mathematics, Communication, and Leadership. I have worked with students wanting to achieve different goals, creating a personalized lesson plan for each. My methodology as a teacher and tutor is to first assess your strengths, weaknesses, and passions for learning. I will then structure a detailed plan focusing on the specific areas you want to improve with tanglible end goals in mind, utilizing your exisitng skills, strengthening your weaknesses, and highlighting your interests. I will work at your pace and welcome your feedback on how to better structure future lessons! I will have you complete a short survey periodically to check-in on how you are feeling about your progress to ensure that you are on track to achieving your goals!
