My goal is to create a fun learning experience that motivates participants to bring out their highest potential.
I like to understand the capacities of my participants and co create learning experiences that are enjoyable and yet allow participants to analyse and synthesise information. I design curriculum based on the needs of participants and I am flexible, if I find something is not working I am more than willing to try another strategy. I look at the learning styles that most suit participants, some like more audio visual modes, while others enjoy more movement or role play oriented lessons that mimic real world situations. I usually introduce games and activities that help participants engage actively with the subject. This process is helpful in allowing participants to retain more information, since they have an experience of putting it to practice. This means that people learn through an enjoyable process that creates a stress free environment. Learning can be fun and enjoyable and allow each of us to express our creativity and self expression.
I like to create a cohesive space so participants feel safe learning without fear or of judgement. I would like my students to develop curiosity and a love of the language and I will do my best to help them in this process. I am patient and like to support people on their learning journeys according to their pace. I encourage curiosity and critical thinking. My endeavour is to bring out the best in participants so that they can express their highest potential, learn in a stress-free environment and enjoy the learning process.
