My English classes are tailored to the needs, goals, and level of each student. I use a practical, student-centred approach that focuses on real-life communication, critical thinking, and gradual skill-building. For university students, I offer support with academic English, helping with essay writing, understanding complex texts, presentations, and methodological approaches used in education or humanities. I aim to help students feel confident expressing complex ideas clearly and effectively in both spoken and written English.

For primary students, my classes are highly structured, engaging, and designed to build strong foundations. I support children with grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing, always linking content to school homework when needed. I use visual aids, games, storytelling, and consistent routines to help young learners stay motivated and make steady progress. I adapt tasks to suit different learning styles, and always give clear, encouraging feedback to help students grow.

My methodology blends direct instruction with interactive learning, encouraging students to ask questions, reflect, and become independent learners. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where mistakes are part of the learning process and every student feels heard.

Each class ends with a recap of what we’ve learned and optional follow-up tasks, so students can continue practising between sessions. Progress is monitored closely, and lessons are regularly adjusted to ensure they remain challenging but achievable.

I can also provide French language classes as it is my native language and I believe my multicultural experience provides a deep understanding of EAL/ESL students which will be applied to all of my lessons.
