Every lesson is built around you. In our first session we talk about your level, your interests and what you want to get out of English, and I plan from there. I’m a native English speaker, so you’ll hear natural, everyday English, and the lesson is mostly conversation so you’re using the language, not only studying it.

I’m an artist and textile designer, so I like to make learning visual and hands on. Depending on your age and level, we might use pictures, games, storytelling, drawing, role play or short creative challenges to learn new words and grammar. For younger students, lessons are playful and full of activities. For older students, I focus on confidence, speaking, homework support and understanding what you read.

I go at your pace, explain things clearly and correct mistakes gently, so you feel relaxed enough to try. Each lesson ends with a short recap of what we learned.
