I adopt a learner-centred teaching approach; therefore, I plan my lessons according to the exact needs of my students. The lessons' content and dynamics shape differently according to each student. I prefer to speak only English while teaching because exposure to English is necessary for a successful learning adventure. I adopt a learner-centred teaching approach; therefore, I plan my lessons according to the exact needs of my students. The lessons' content and dynamics shape differently according to each student. I prefer to speak only English while teaching because exposure to English is necessary for a successful learning adventure. However, even if I do not speak your native language, we can manage to communicate without problems using an instant translator. I have had international students before, and we have never experienced any issues so far thanks to this technique.
Finally, I believe that what makes a well-shaped lesson is mostly teamwork; I am always open to discussing what should be changed in the teaching process for the sake of my students' success.
