I am a hard-working teacher with 18 year's experience, providing an innovative, stimulating learning environment for both students and adults. I have a history of established success in fostering team spirit, achieving goals and delivering top quality language training. Creative, energetic using a teaching style that focuses on interpersonal skills. I always focus on students' level and abilities, using the proper approach and choosing the suitable materials to reaching the target audience. Further, language acquisition is a long-term process which should occur naturally and supported by the correct teaching methodology.
Overall, teaching is my calling and I took forward to being able to practice it on a daily basis. Just because we do it differently, it does not mean we are not good at what we do. This is something I always tell myself in order to be more flexible towards everyone and everything. I enjoy being a trustful resource and that is why I am an English language teacher. Obviously my teaching style may vary from other teachers, but I know that each personality is there for some reason. Moreover, any style it is, I assure teaching is done passionately.
I also enjoy students own self-discovery the language. It makes me feel that they thought so deeply that they made a touchdown. This gives me the sign that they feel comfortable and at ease having me as a teacher. From my point of view, the teacher's and students' emotions should be confident and transparent. I have a pleasant teaching approach.
