Mauro

I got the Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Bologna. My course was mainly characterized by the study of English, German and Spanish. In order to acquire a thorough knowledge of these languages I stayed in England and Germany several times. Thanks to these stays abroad, I have found a strong interest in relating to people in a foreign language and in living in multiethnic contexts.

since I was a teenager I used to have beautiful study courses abroad, In the summer of 2015 I also gained experience as Group Leader at the Greenwich University, working for the company Study Tours International in Milan, and I really loved it. My role, as Group Leader, required strong problem solving skills in supervising a big group of students about every aspect of their stay in England, including their safety.

I’m very sociable, dynamic, willing and eager to learn, open to new exciting experiences that can improve my personal and professional background.
For all these reasons I'm sure I can be the right person for this role.

Moreover in October 2012 I also attended a course of Travel Agent Professional thanks to which I acquired technical expertises to carry out the main Front Office operating procedures of the turistic area such as:
- Air ticket booking and emission through Sabre software
- Geo Tourism and Web Operating
- Fares and air tickets, IATA procedures
- Front Office, Marketing and Communication

In the meanwhile, during my different working experiences of the last 10 years, I've been offering private English lessons to students.
