Generally when the students' needs and goals are determined, teaching methods will be adopted. As students differ from one to another it is quite a bit difficult to choose a fixed method for every one.

Reflective teaching along with continuous assessment of students would be the best way of sedding light on succeeding steps required to be taken to help students meet their needs.

To be a little bit more specific, I should say Engage, Study, and Activate are the key part of each and every lesson.
