1. I had been working in Room to Read International Non-Government Organigation as a Literacy Coach from 11 January 2015 to 31 December 2019.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting and coaching teachers and Headteachers to adopt new ways of working with children to increase their literacy skills and habit of reading.
Support the literacy program intervention across assigned project schools, ensure adherence to the program design, and demonstrate solution-oriented approach to challenges encountered in schools;
Serve as the technical resource in assigned schools on applying literacy skills and the habit of reading techniques in the classroom and library;
Closely work with school authorities, communities in creating literate environment in the selected government primary schools, conduct community meetings and events related to RtR program;
Closely work with government primary schools and provide support the school authorities and teachers in adopting RtR program components in their schools including Early Grade Reading Instruction and School Libraries;
Support teacher in the initial set up of the library;
Collaborate with school to support minor improvements to the library space (i.e. painting);
Support logistics of annual delivery of library books, instruction materials and other program materials to schools;
Regularly observe, demonstrate and coach Grade 1 and 2 teachers in delivering the instructional component of Room to Read's Literacy Program;
Support Grade 1 and 2 teachers in effective use of ongoing student tracking assessments to inform instruction and analyze data to inform support for Grade 1 and 2 teachers;
Collaborate with Head Teachers and community to develop a sustainability plan for continued implementation of literacy program practices and acquiring resources (instruction materials, stationery and new books) after Room to Read's support ends;
Participate in required trainings and professional development opportunities to understand the Literacy program and how to provide effective coaching support;
Provide support to the schools and communities in organise literacy events, parent meeting and other community activities and conduct the events as well;

2. I had been working in Directorate of Primary Education as a Training Coordinator & Training Resource Person since October 2006 to 31 December 2014, Reaching out of school children (ROSC) Project.

To conduct Training for supporting Teacher to developed Teacher for increasing skill on primary education, manual development, to developed teaching learning materials.
To follow-up visit of school .To arrange and conduct conference, Workshops facilitate advocacy meeting, Training for Teachers, Gov’t officer Thana Education Officer (TEO), AUEO.Dealing with GOVT and Non Govt. officials at District, Upazila and Union anizing Foundation Training for Teachers, TGM (Teachers Group Meeting), Sub-Cluster Meeting. To arrange parents meeting, to arrange event, collecting information prepared report. Designing and planning annual and monthly activities.

3. I have worked in Bangladesh Centre for Communication Programs (BCCP)
As a trainer under Directorate of Primary Education Reaching out of School
Children (ROSC) Project (Social Awareness and Community Management)
From 12 Aprial, 2008 to 30 September, 2011.
