Hello, I am Valeria, I am Italian ( I am mother tongue tutor). I was born in Abruzzo region, I studied and I worked last fifteen years in Firenze (modern Italian language and many other things were born there!). I lived one year in Seoul, now I am in Italy, I will stay here for some months, then I will come back to Seoul.
I play professionally in symphony/chamber orchestras. My certified English level is B2. While studying for my Law and Music degrees, I discovered my passion for teaching too! I got the 24 CFU for the teaching- license.
I have teaching experience (private lessons, private Music School, Italian- online lessons) in the fields of music, Italian language culture and literature, Latin and philosophy. For each student, I make an individualized learning plan according to needs and wishes.
The main elements of my teaching, from the first lesson, are vocabulary, grammar, and of course conversation. I like doing connections between art fields. For the student' practice I love conversations about travelling, world news, arts, cultures, books, movies and series, sports, animals, criminal law, politic, our daily life (true and not), projects and I am opened to whatever the students want to talk about for practicing.
It will not be necessary to buy further material, notes, online vocabulary, grammar-links and links to artistic works will be sufficient. If requested, I can obviously suggest material and create slides and summary diagrams.
I would like students will live my lesson as well as the different/funny/interesting hour of the week. Without stress or anxiety! Are you new in Italy? Welcome and no panic :D! I promise. Everything will go better
