I am a Wellness Specialist, Yoga & Pilates Trainer, Mind–Body Alignment Coach, and Performance Coach with an international background that combines science, movement, holistic healing, and human connection. Originally from Romania and working internationally, I create personalized wellness and performance experiences that support physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity, and sustainable personal growth.
My journey began in science and research, including PhD research connected with CERN, where I developed discipline, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of structure and performance. Over time, I felt called toward a more human-centered path focused on wellness, conscious movement, emotional intelligence, and transformation.
Today, my work integrates yoga, Pilates, functional fitness, mobility training, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness, relaxation techniques, and performance-focused coaching. I work with private clients, retreats, wellness spaces, and luxury hospitality environments, offering sessions that are both professional and deeply personalized.
My teaching style is intuitive, adaptable, and people-centered. I create sessions based on the needs, energy, goals, and physical condition of each individual or group. I combine structure with flow, allowing people to feel both guided and free within the practice. My teaching focuses not only on physical movement, but also on awareness, breathing, posture, nervous system regulation, concentration, and emotional balance.
In my classes, I encourage conscious movement and connection rather than pressure or perfection. I use clear demonstrations, supportive guidance, breath coordination, mindful transitions, and functional techniques that help students improve strength, flexibility, posture, mobility, focus, and confidence. I pay close attention to alignment, safety, and body awareness, while also creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where people feel comfortable and motivated.
Depending on the environment and goals, my sessions can be energizing and dynamic or grounding and restorative. I teach both private and group sessions, from beginner to advanced levels, adapting to different ages, cultures, and experience levels. My experience includes wellness retreats, fitness coaching, luxury guest experiences, mindfulness sessions, and personalized wellness programs designed for long-term well-being and performance enhancement.
Alongside wellness and coaching, I also work in digital marketing and wellness branding, creating online content, websites, and engagement strategies that reflect authenticity, balance, and conscious living.
