I offer private yoga lessons tailored to each student’s needs, goals, and physical condition. With over one year of teaching experience, my work focuses on a restorative and mindful approach, supporting relaxation, somatic self inquiry and nervous system regulation. Sessions are structured to release muscular tension, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of calm and release through movement, breath awareness and exercises, and rest. If appropriate and required, I integrate somatic approaches to help students reconnect with their bodies and navigate stress or emotional challenges in a safe and grounded way.

My teaching style is attentive and adaptable, with clear guidance and respect for individual limits. Lessons are suitable for beginners as well as students seeking a slower, more therapeutic-oriented practice.

I place strong attention on clear structure, pacing, and safety, ensuring that students feel supported and confident throughout the practice.

This approach is particularly suitable for students dealing with stress, fatigue, or those seeking a gentle yet effective practice.

I encourage an open dialogue so that lessons can evolve over time. I take time to listen to each student’s feedback and adjust the practice accordingly, respecting individual rhythms and boundaries. My aim is to create a calm, focused environment where students can develop greater awareness, resilience, and trust in their own bodies. Whether the goal is having a physical practice, nervous system regulation, recovery, or maintaining a regular practice, lessons are designed to support long-term well-being rather than short-term performance.

I offer online lessons and in-person sessions in Milan. Classes are taught exclusively in English.
